How it works

The customer sees an app. The integrator controls delivery.

Each TV shows a code, receives playlists and organizes everything as profiles. Viewers do not need to touch a technical panel.

TV code on the first screen

The customer does not need an account to start. They open the app, see the TV code and send it to the integrator.

Panel to release playlists

The integrator searches the code, registers the playlist URL and controls only the lists they added to that device.

Reload directly on the television

After the list is added, the customer uses the reload button on TV and the new profile appears without support calls.

Separation between integrators

If one TV has lists from different integrators, each one edits or removes only what they registered.

The home screen does not need to look like a technical panel. The customer chooses who is watching, enters the catalog and uses the television like a streaming app.

Activation

The path from TV code to watching

The integrator uses the panel to release authorized playlists on the customer TV. Loki TV delivers the app, activation and user experience.

The customer opens the TV

The customer installs or opens Loki TV, chooses the trial or sends the code shown on screen.

The integrator adds the playlist

The integrator enters the panel, searches that code and links the customer playlist.

The customer reloads and watches

The customer returns to the TV, presses reload and chooses the playlist as a streaming profile.

Loki TV does not provide channels, streams, movies, series or IPTV playlists. Before adding a playlist, the integrator must accept clear declarations about content authorization and suspension risk.

Does Loki TV provide channels or IPTV playlists?

No. Loki TV only provides the app, panel and playback/management technology.

Who adds the playlist to the TV?

The integrator adds it through the panel using the TV code, or the customer adds it through TV/QR when this option is enabled.

Does the customer need an account?

Not for the main flow. They provide the TV code to the integrator and then reload playlists in the app.

Can one TV have lists from different integrators?

Yes. Each list appears as a profile, and each integrator manages only what they registered.

What happens after a complaint?

The integrator account may be suspended if the declarations accepted when adding playlists are violated.

Does playlist payment go through Loki TV?

No. The negotiation between customer and integrator happens outside the platform.
